 Thomas Fagadau -President/CEO

Tom received his undergraduate B.A. degree in Economics from Tufts University in 1980. In 1982 he earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas in Austin.

In 1982 he went to work for Fagadau Energy Corporation as the Vice President of Corporate Development. In 1990 he was the founder of F&B Energy Funds which raised Capital to acquire Oil and Gas producing Assets in the mid-continent. The funds employed approximately Twenty Five million dollars of Private Equity and acquired over fifty million dollars worth of Oil & Gas Assets.

In 2001 Fagadau Energy Corporation was consolidated into a new Limited Partnership now called Primexx Energy Partners. Thomas Fagadau is the general manager of the Limited Partnership and currently serves as President and CEO for Primexx Operating Corporation.The Limited Partnership and Operating Corporation now manage an almost 350 million dollar Proved Producing Oil & Gas Assets portfolio.

 Eric W. Nelson - Exploration Manager

Eric is presently the Exploration Manager for Primexx Energy and related companies.

Previous to Primexx, Eric was Exploration Manager for Crego Exploration in Dallas and Bloomer & Associates in Abilene where he was a Staff Geologist.

Eric received his B.S. in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975.

 Travis Wilson - Exploration Manager-Mid Continent

Travis joined Primexx in 2008 as Exploration Manager – Mid Continent
Travis received his B.S in Geophysics from the University of Oklahoma in 1999
In 2002, Travis received his M.S. in Geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines.
From 2002 to 2008, Travis was a Geophysicist for Chesapeake Energy Corporation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Travis is Past President of the Oklahoma City Geophysical Society and active in the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG).

Kevin is Sr. V.P. and COO at Primexx Energy

Kevin Graduated with a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and did Graduate work on Energy Resource Management at the University of Pittsburgh.

Kevin also did MBA work at Oklahoma State University

 Edwin Gregory - Vice President/ General Counsel

Edwin Gregory is Vice President and General Counsel of Primexx Operating Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for the analysis, development and management of legal issues affecting Primexx’s interests.

Edwin supervises Primexx’s Land Department.

Prior to joining Primexx, Edwin was District Landman for Rosewood Resources, Inc., Dallas and Land Manager for Camden Resources, Inc., Dallas.

Edwin is a member of the Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen and Dallas Bar Association. He earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

 Patricia K. Housewright - Director of Corporate Administration

Director of Corporate Administration

With over thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Patricia “Patty” Housewright has a diversified background.  Beginning her career in Tulsa with Andover Oil, she later moved to Dallas where she worked for May Petroleum.  For two years she worked in the Dallas satellite office for Valero until coming to Primexx Operating Corporation (formerly Fagadau Energy) over twenty-five years ago.  Patty has worked in virtually every department while with Primexx.  Currently Patty handles investor relations and human resources in addition to the daily requirements associated with treasury management and other financial matters.

 Mark Ault- Controller

Mark is Controller at Primexx

Mark graduated from Purdue with a B. S. in Accounting in 1981
 
Mark is a CPA and has 29 years of experience in Oil and Gas accounting

Mark spent 4 years with Texas Oil and Gas and 12 years with Maxus/Diamond Shamrock

Mark also spent 2 years with Aurora Natural gas before joining Primexx where he has worked for the last 11 years.
